Our site has a dedicated technical team who ensure all aspects of traceability and quality from field to fork. This is achieved from our robust food safety programme incorporating HACCP and BRC which are globally recognised standards.
BRC AA Grade Food Certification
Our BRC AA Grade food certification confirms that we have met the very highest requirements set by the British Retail Consortium for their standards of food safety. We are also one of the few businesses to have accomplished 7 consecutive Blue / Grade 5 awards from Tesco’s food manufacturing standard.
